What is a Property Condition Report?
This is a comprehensive report that is compiled at the commencement of a tenancy prior to your tenant moving into the property. This is a very important document, as it is used to complete the final bond inspection when the tenant vacates. It is both written and photographic.
What is a Routine Inspection?
Routine inspections are conducted after a tenant takes possession of the property and are generally conducted after the first 6-8 weeks and then every three months, depending on the Lessors agreement with the agent. These inspections are essential to ensure that your property is being maintained to an acceptable standard and to identify any maintenance that may be required. A copy of the routine inspection report is forwarded to you after each inspection and should it be necessary, a member of the Druitt Saunders Property Management Team will contact you to discuss items noted on the report.
What is a Final Bond Inspection?
A final bond inspection is the thorough inspection carried out upon a tenants vacation to ensure that they have returned the property in a good condition, with fair wear and tear taken into consideration. The Property Condition Report is used for the basis for comparison.
