Kate boasts over two decades of experience and expertise within the Real Estate Industry. Her journey in the industry began in 2001 and she joined our company in 2005. Recognised for her exceptional dedication & alignment with the company vision, Kate was appointed as a Principal and shareholder in 2008 and upon the retirement of Roger Shead in 2023, has become a Director alongside Rob Druitt. In addition to her significant achievements within our company, Kate has also made substantial contributions to the industry as a whole, lecturing and sharing her wealth of knowledge for both First National and industry training bodies. As a Director, Kate continues to drive our company’s success, focusing on the continuous improvement and strategic expansion of our business.
